Thank you for choosing magic City Media to produce your content. This contract is for all projects that fall under the INDIVIDUAL RATES. We greatly appreciate your business!

Terms of Service Agreement:

 

This contract guarantees the client one (1) on sight videographer/photographer and no more than one (1) camera (point and shoot and or DLSR) two (2) LED lights with stands and hardware two (2) lenses and filters, one (1) tripod, one (1) gimble and one (1) lapel mic OR one (1) shotgun mic. Any additional equipment used will be at the discretion of Magic City Media and it's on sight videographer.

 

Day Rates are subject to adjustments due to renders, shooting resolution and labor involved. 

 

A physical meeting, either in person or over phone call MUST held no less than 24 hours prior to the first day of shooting. If the client fails to be present for the meeting, Magic City Media holds the right to cancel or postpone any shoots. Magic City Media also holds the right to send an invoice and receive payment for any pre-production to the discretion of Magic City Media. 

Magic City Media Company maintains the right to all footage, photographs, renders etc. for the purpose of reference, portfolios, marketing etc. for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Corporate terms of service agreement:

Additional personal can be hired at the request of the client for an additional fee.

Magic City Media Company retains the rights to all footage, photographs, audio recordings and final renders until all payments have been fulfilled. Once all debts have been paid to the company, the client holds exclusive rights to any and all content produced by Magic City Media Company produced for the client as invoiced by Magic City Media Company.

Payments

 

Upon the last day of shooting OR the 5th day of shooting, a physical and electronic invoice will be provided for the client. Payment is due NO MORE than 5 days after the invoice is issued. Magic City Media maintains the right hold any raw footage and or renders from the client until payment is received.

 

The initial invoice will include all (if applicable) pre-production fees, day rates, editing fees (for initial renders) and licensing fees.  Each additional render will receive a separate invoice. 

 

Upon receiving payment, the client will receive an unwatermarked render (s) as well as all of the raw footage from the production, however he or she MUST provide the media it will be stored on I.E us jump drives, hard drives or SD cards. 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Magic City Media DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Magic City Media does not waive the cost of labor for any production after a product has been delivered.
